What to Expect on Your First Visit
You will be asked to fill out an intake form to record your primary complaints, medical history, injuries, or physical aliments. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the forms. We will review the form and discuss your goals and expectations. Next, we perform active/passive range of motion and orthopedic tests relevant to your primary reason for visiting. After the massage is complete, if necessary, I will give you "homework" assignments which may include demonstration of stretches/exercises in person or in video form.
